Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How much is shipping and what are the delivery timelines?

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/volume of your order.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipments are handled through national postal services (e.g., Canada Post). Estimated delivery timelines will appear at checkout once you select your shipping option.

Express Shipping
Expedited delivery through trusted couriers is available, with typical timelines of 3–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s laws and the total value of your order, import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are collected by your country’s customs authority, not Dee Kapadiya.

Who is responsible for these fees?

The customer/recipient is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges upon the parcel’s arrival in their country.

How much will the fees be?

Rates vary by country and product type. For an accurate estimate, please check with your local customs office or government website.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

In most countries, the courier or local postal service will contact you if any charges must be paid prior to release of the package.

Do you pre-pay duties or taxes?

Not at this time. All international shipments are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means duties or taxes will be requested by your country’s customs authority once the shipment arrives.

What if I refuse to pay the duties/taxes?

If the charges are declined and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item price only (excludes shipping) once it arrives back in its original condition.
Please note: Any additional return shipping charges or customs fees billed to us will be deducted from your refund.


Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

Made to Order (Non-Bridal)

We keep limited inventory.

  • If your size is in stock: ships in 1–2 business days.

  • If not in stock: your item is made to order and ships in 6–8 weeks.

Rush Orders
We do accept fast turnarounds for made-to-order pieces (including made-to-measure). Contact us via email, live chat, or Instagram DM to check availability.
A small rush fee may apply based on urgency.
Our fastest delivery to date is 10 business days for a made-to-order outfit.

Bridal & Exclusive Outfits

Standard timeline is 8–10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work.
Exact lead times are confirmed during your initial consultation.


Urgent Orders

What if I need my order urgently?

Rush orders are accepted based on availability and timeline feasibility.
A rush fee may apply.
Please email us to discuss your deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate.


Sizing

How does your sizing work?

Our sizing follows Canadian standard sizing. Please refer to the “Sizing” link at the bottom of the website and the detailed size chart on each product page.

Our pieces are designed with a snug, tailored fit.
If you prefer a more relaxed fit or fall between sizes, we recommend choosing one size up.

Length Considerations

Outfit lengths are designed for a height of 5'5"–5'6" plus heel height.
If you are significantly shorter, taller, or planning to wear flats, please review the measurements carefully. You may prefer to order Made to Measure.


Made to Measure

How does Made to Measure work?

Made to measure is complimentary because we believe every customer deserves a beautifully tailored fit.
Your outfit is crafted from scratch, proportioned to your body, height, and individual measurements. This service ensures the most flattering and comfortable fit possible.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund only if the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Customers must notify us of any issues within 2 days of receiving the order. Once inspected and confirmed, a refund will be issued (excluding any return/exchange shipping fees).

For all other cases, all sales are final.

Made to Measure items are non-refundable due to their custom nature.


Showroom Appointments

Do you have a storefront? Where are you located?

Our private showroom/studio is located in North Brampton.

Can I visit and try outfits before purchasing?

Absolutely. Appointments are welcome.
