Our residence showroom/studio is located in North Brampton.
- Can we visit your showroom/studio and try out the outfits before buying?
Yes, for sure. Please book an appointment to visit the showroom/studio by emailing us or DM on IG.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do worldwide shipping.
- What are the timelines from the date of order confirmation?
Generally, 6-8 weeks for a regular order. Bridal/Exclusive outfits 8-10 weeks, however, depends on the work involved.
- What if we need the order urgently?
We do accept rush orders with a small rush fee. Please email us if you need any outfit urgently, we can discuss the delivery and will make sure to deliver on time based on our confirmation.
- How does your sizing work?
Please refer to the "Sizing" at the bottom of the page.
- What are your return policy?
We give full refund on any item purchased, if, they are completely different/damaged when received by the customer. Customer must report about the issue within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will evaluate the issue and only if the issue is genuine we would refund full amount (excluding shipping). Otherwise, all sales are final and non refundable.
